Make two red Bullion Wire hearts by unwinding an amount of Bullion Wire, then scrunching it together and fashioning into heart shapes.
Once the shape is made, bind over the hearts with more wire to secure all the ends. Attach the larger heart to a long red Metallic Paper Covered Wire Length; decorate with two Black Diamante Pins and position both hearts into the floral foam.
Make sure the Rose has been well conditioned before arranging, recut the stem diagonally with a knife and push well into the floral foam.
