Out Of The Box

Step 1. Fill a Lilac Acrylic Designer Cube with soaked OASIS® Ideal Floral Foam. With a sharp knife make approximately eight slanting cuts either side of the main vein of the Aspidistra leaf.
Step 2. Thread five Lilac Midelino Sticks through the cuts in the leaf, binding the sticks together at each end of the leaf with Lilac Metallic Reel Wire. Make three threaded Aspidistra leaves extending one with more Midelino Sticks for extra length.
Step 3. Insert the Aspidistra leaves into the OASIS® Ideal Floral Foam at varying angles to form a framework for the flowers. Then position the flowers in vertical groups, pushing the stems well into the floral foam for security and to allow maximum intake of water. Leave a watering hole in one corner of the container and ask the recipient top up with a solution of water and flower food daily.
